Beloved Community,

After a whirlwind weekend at Oneness Fest, my heart is full, and my spirit is soft.

It was such a gift to meet so many beautiful souls—from healers and seekers to curious passersby—all drawn together by something deeper. Thank you to every single person who stopped by the KanoKaya booth, shared their story, received mine, and felt the resonance of our mission. These moments of true connection are why I do this work.

If you were there, you know how powerful it was… and also, how energetically full the experience can be. Festivals bring joy, inspiration, and also a lot of energy to hold. So as I return to quiet, I’m giving myself permission to slow down, clear, and re-ground. Maybe you need that too?

Here are a few practices I’m leaning into to decompress after crowds:

  • Salt baths with plants or essential oils (lavender, rosemary, or palo santo)

  • Sitting with Bobinsana tea, letting her gentle spirit wrap around my heart

  • Journaling and silence to listen for what wants to be integrated

  • Cord-cutting meditations or simply shaking out the body and breathing deep

  • Spending time in nature to recalibrate my nervous system

And speaking of Bobinsana...

This plant teacher has been a quiet guide through my journey. Known as a heart-opener and dream ally in the Amazon, Bobinsana doesn’t rush—she holds you in love. She whispers that it's safe to soften. Safe to feel. Safe to open again, even after crowds, overstimulation, or emotional intensity.

If you're still carrying pieces of the weekend—stories, emotions, energies—Bobinsana is here to help you come back home to yourself.

If you’d like to sit with her, our Bobinsana Dream Tea and Heart of the Amazon Chai are infused with her essence and made to support heart integration and gentle re-centering.

Thank you again for the radiant presence you brought to Oneness Fest. I’m so honored to walk this path with you.

With love and roots,

Joshua
